This package provides all of the services from Level 1, plus additional accounting, support services and business solutions that we can customize to meet your company’s needs.

Our Level 3 package includes:

– Comprehensive analysis and planning during a strategic planning session –
choose one of the following three options:
-4 hours
     -1 day (includes development of vision, mission and core values)
-2 days (includes development of vision, mission and core values)
– Team building with DISC profiles.
– Development of cycle of customer interaction.
– Business Literacy Training on financial statements, measurement process and reporting.
– Development of KPIs and monitoring system.
– Development of report and reward system.
– Monthly monitoring meeting.
– Preparation of annual profit plan.
– Biannual tax planning meeting after the fourth and tenth month in your fiscal year.
– Assisting with banking and financial relationships.
– Analyzing capital acquisitions (lease vs. buy, feasibility).

The following additional customized services may be added to this package:

• Assistance with hiring of personnel (includes DISC profile).
